Event: MACAU TRIP
Date: 8-10 November
Okay!!! Am finally going to blog about my trip to MACAU!!!! (for the blur,macau is next to hongkong)
in chronological order
Day 1
pack, take cab blablabla then take a flight I HATE SITTING IN AEROPLANES cos i have air sickness and all den i hav 2 eat this air sickness pills ok den reach macau!!! yay!!! den take bus 2 the hotel macau is very different from what i expected cause the road sign r in portugese, cantonese and english.O.O but despite the national language being protugese n stuff i dun see any protugese ppl around cos all around me is chinses ppl n its like in all those hong kong movies n all where the ppl live in flats and the place is seriously crammed n stuff.Then we reach the hotel wiv a protugese name ermm cant remmeber the name infamte something i love the hotel!!!! i love all hotels actually cos got nice nice bathrooms n i love d beds cos its all cosy n all!!! *hugs* n fuiyoh the tv channels is like whoa so many weii macau being near hongkong gets all the tv transmissions n apparently hong kong got over 100 tv programmes transmission!!! fuiyoh not bad then at nite went down 2 walk in macau n THERE ARE 30 CASINOS IN MACAU goodness las vegas china style walk till my legs hurt i can finally understand why macau-ians r so skinny weii cos their main source of transportation is walkin!!! since the road r all crammy n stuff they spend their days walkin about n at nite at 8.30 can even so many skl kids clad i their uniforms walkin about tsk tsk i never realise how big malaysia is until i went macau cos even the restaurants r tiny n we hav2 crammed with 2 other ppl on the tables n macau dishes is served in seriously BIG portions like double of our wantan mee or yee mee size culture shock n at nite the city is alive with lights n all n frm a far distance its so pretty!!!!
Day 2
woke up n stuff n its time 2 go 2 ZHUHAI!!!! its located in china beside macau then went to the immigration dept n all one thing i notice about the china ppl crossin d border is that they walked really fast !!! its almost like they are rushing about for goodness knows wat n would bump you to the side if u ever crossed their way O.O n a number of them even fight in the lines while queuing up to cross the borders i didnt realise how malaysianised i am until i was standing beside the pack of them cos malaysian chineses n china chinese accent,thinking and even from the way we look are totally different from them.then after crossing the border our tour guide appeared n bring us sight seeing around the place.
1st stop:theme park
its a beautiful theme park located at the mountains n we get 2 sit a cable up 2 the mountains!!! whee~~ but genting cable cars r so much safer compared 2 the cable car that we sat cos the only thing preventing us frm flying off the cablecar would be the metal rod stuck between our legs.after reaching d peaks get 2 see the whole of zhuhai n its pretty!!!! then there's a whole love legend surrouding the temple n we get 2 see the statues build after the lovers.then we ride a ermm cheaplak rollercoaster down.cos the guy was controlling the speed n its slow!!! :(
2nd stop:temple
so we went to this old temple n stuff and i saw turtles sunbathing!!! hahahahhahah the turtles was lying flat on their tummies on top of the rocks hahahha n den saw ducks n u get 2 feed the ducks!!!
3rd stop: ancient monuments of chen fang house
chen fang is some rich chinese dude long time ago n the remain of his house is still there we get to see all the old old houses in china long long time ago n d place is huge weii!!! we get 2 visit the old calligraphy works also n history about chen fang the place was really nice n all really cultural n the archictecture was amazing
4th stop: some chinese medicine factory
one thing that goes side by side with a tour in china would be the visits to commercial sites *pissed* cos we are pactically being forced to go 2 this stupid room n listen 2 this guy marketing their products!!! then we got pushed 2 see this chinese medical doctor n when it come 2 my turn he keep sayin all this mean stuff like my kidney n liver is gonna have problems or something like that!!! *pissed off* talkin as if i m really unhealthy n all!! T^T T^T so now i have 2 eat stupid chinese herbs n seahorse!!!!
then at nite went to the venetian hotel which is like asia 2nd largest hotel or something n its gorgeous!!!! its modelled after the venetian architecture n stuff n there's even an indoor granola (small boats) fuiyoh n d place was really nice n all the chandeliers r really gorgeous n even d bathrooms have golden toilet seats *starry eyes*
then i manage 2 went into the casino compound!!! muahhaahhaha n witness every1 losing their money.well after losing like the 40 bucks my dad gave me i just stop the idea that i would strike it rich cos the place probably controlled by the inside people.as in like 9 out of 10 people would lose money cos they being manipulated by the inside casino people anyway so i cant understand why people want 2 try their luck and place such big bets to lose it all in the end.
Day 3 :flight back to KL
so catch the 12' o clock flight back 2 kl !!! i missed kl hahahha even though surrounded by chinese in macau i feel like a total sesat foreigner
